Underlayment board is being put down in preparation for installation of all "hard" surface flooring. This includes all porcelain tile floors, granite floors, and hard-wood floors.
 On the outside, the trim has been completed (i.e. the soffits, gutters, etc.).

One of the first parts of the indoor trim work is the paneling around the perimeter of all the windows.

Also, this is the time when all the inside doors are mounted. Here are a couple of doors waiting to be mounted.
