Brickwork has begun! The crew has already got a good start on the north side of the house.
  A lot is happening during this same time on the inside of the house too. With the plumbing and wiring now complete, insulation can begin. This is a photo of the newly installed insulation in our Bonus Room #1 (note the opening for the future Laundry Chute in the corner).
 More insulation, this in one of our upstairs bedrooms. Also, we had additional acoustical (soundproofing) insulation installed for all the bathrooms and the Master Bedroom.
 Insulation also has been installed in Bonus Room #2.
 With all this insulation, it should help keep our home warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
 Finalizing the utilities included installing all the electrical wiring, heating & air ductwork, water lines, and gas lines. Since we will use electric heat pumps, the only gas we will have in our house will be for our fireplaces (which were delivered today). This one will be in our Great Room.
