One of the next steps in the process is to begin the installation of the Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. Due to the size of our new home, it will require 2 complete, separate systems. Something as simple as walking around and choosing size, location, and number of air vents is an initial part of this process. In the basement and second floor, the vents will be in the ceiling. On the first level, they will all be in the floor (as shown here).

Also during this time, we had our garage concrete floor poured.
 Roofing has begun too!
 Air ductwork installation on the second floor is progressing well.

Plumbing inside the house is now underway as well. As an example here is some initial piping that has been run for our master bathroom double vanity.
 The roofers have completed the rear of the home and are now beginning work on the front and sides.

More ductwork is being installed for the heating and air conditioning systems (like in our exercise room shown below).
 Some finishing touches on the roof...
